Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 15 days of receiving the product for full refund or exchange, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or wrong item delivered to you. If 15 days have gone by since you received the package, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Should you find your order less than satisfactory for any reason, we are pleased to extend a 30-day return window from the date of receipt. However, kindly note that certain conditions must be met for products you intend to return:
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- The item must be in its original condition, including packaging
- Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged
- You must send all necessary pictures; otherwise, we cannot process your return or provide replacement items.
You can supply the required pictures as outlined below:
- A picture of the shipping label
- A picture of the product SKU
- A picture showcasing the product and the error identified (material flaws, design discrepancies, or size differences).
Return
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
Special Return Note: do not return your product(s) without fist contacting our customer service team. We will provide you with specific guide for the return.
If the returned item is over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and immediately notify you on the status of your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If the product is defective or does not properly function as advertised, it is required to keep a shipping label of the package you received.
Refunds (if applicable)
If an item shows up significantly different from its description, customers must provide
photographs of the
poor-quality print or
damaged area and
contact us within 5 days after receiving it via
[email protected]. Based on the evidence provided by the customer and depending on each situation, we can offer a partial/half or 100% item value refund.
Method of refund: the same form of payment used.
Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse. Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.
Any refund is required to be issued to that same credit card you used to make an order. Shipping fee will NOT be refundable once items have been shipped. Your refund request will be processed in 3 – 4 working days, you should see the reimbursement on your account over the next couple of business days depending on your financial institution.
If a package is returned to sender by the shipping courier due to wrong Address Information provided by customers or Missed Delivery Attempts by couriers, we will NOT be responsible for reimbursement, refund or re-sending the package.
Any loss of products due to the security of customers’ living areas (as long as shipping carriers confirm that the order is delivered) will NOT be eligible for return and refund. We will NOT refund in case you REFUSE to receive it either.
If the product is defective or does not properly function as advertised, it is required to keep a shipping label of the package you received.
Shipping fee will NOT be refundable once items have been shipped.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Replacement (if applicable)
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. We typically do not accept returns, refunds or replacements due to customer errors such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can only cancel your order within 6 hours from purchasing time of the same day.
– Cancellations made within the first hour from purchasing time of the same day will be issued a full refund of 100% of order value (without Tip given by customers)
– Cancellations made after 1 hour but still within 6 hours from purchasing time of the same day will be issued a 70% refund of order value (without Tip given by customers). Please be informed that a management, processing, and transaction fee (30% of your total order value) will be applied in this case. Remember, you cannot cancel or modify your order if it has progressed to an advanced preparation status.
